The Wirgin Edinex is a compact 35mm which was produced in the early 1930's in Germany. The Edinex features a telescoping front fitted with a 5cm lens (of various types and speeds). The original Edinex was produced in two basic types: one with helical focusing and one with front lens focusing. The former generally enjoyed faster f2 lenses while the latter was fitted with slower f2.8 to f4.5 lenses.
This version has a Meyer Gorlitz 5cm f2.9 Trioplan lens.
